Subscribe with a card
Card payments go through Stripe. Your first paid subscription starts with a 14-day free trial, so nothing is charged on the day you subscribe.
Start checkout
- Open Settings → Payment. (From Settings → Billing, See plans or Change plan takes you there too.)
- If both methods are shown, make sure Card is selected.
- Under Change your plan, choose the billing period — Monthly, Quarterly, 6 months or Annual. Each longer period shows what it saves.
- Choose Start 14-day free trial on Plus or Pro. If you have used your trial already, the button says Switch to Plus or Switch to Pro instead.
- Stripe's checkout page opens. Enter your card and confirm.
You come back to Quorum on Your Plus trial is live (or Pro). Every feature of the plan is unlocked straight away.
Paying from Egypt? Choose InstaPay as the payment method — or, if you only see cards, Pay with InstaPay in EGP under the plans — to pay in Egyptian pounds by bank transfer. See Pay with InstaPay.
What you are charged, and when

Settings → Billing always shows your Next payment and when it is due. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing — see Your free trial.
Using referral credit
If you have referral credit in dollars, checkout can spend it towards the subscription.
Receipts
Stripe emails a receipt for every payment. Every charge is also listed under Billing history in Settings → Billing, with Download invoice — see Your billing history.
If the upgrade does not show up
Payment goes through before Stripe confirms it to Quorum, which usually takes a few seconds. If your plan has not changed after a couple of minutes, refresh the page. You will not be charged twice. If it still has not changed, see the Billing FAQ.
