Your free trial
Your first paid subscription starts with a 14-day free trial, on whichever plan you choose.
What you get
Everything in the tier you picked, with nothing held back. A Pro trial has exams; a Plus trial has team members. You are not evaluating a reduced version.
Fourteen days is deliberate — it is about a fortnight of real teaching, long enough to run several sessions and watch attendance accumulate.
Why a card is required
Checkout collects a card up front, even though nothing is charged during the trial. This is so the trial converts to a paid subscription on day 15 without you having to do anything.
If the card is removed or expires during the trial, the subscription is cancelled rather than charged silently. You lose access at that point rather than continuing free.
On day 15
The first charge is taken automatically and you continue on the plan you picked. Quorum sends a reminder before the trial ends, so the charge is not a surprise.
To leave instead, cancel before day 14.
Cancelling during the trial
Cancelling during a trial does not cut you off immediately. Access runs to the end of the fourteen days, and nothing is ever charged — the trial end and the billing period end are the same moment.
One trial per account
The offer is available once. Quorum tracks this two ways: whether a trial has ever started on your account, and whether you have ever held a subscription at all.
That has one consequence worth knowing: if you subscribed in the past and cancelled without ever trialling, you cannot claim a trial now. Starting checkout and abandoning it, on the other hand, does not burn the offer — a trial only counts once it actually starts.
